If you have a current licence, you automatically have access to the online version of the program as part of your subscription.
To use the online version, you need your Licence Code. You can find this on your licence certificate. If you need a reminder, please contact us.
Each student/client needs their own unique login details. The simplest way for students/clients to create their own unique login details is to go to the program they want to use and enter your Licence Code in the ‘Not signed up for…?’ section. They will then be able to enter a username and password of their choice.
They should keep a record of the details that they create to enable them to log back in at a later date. The username and password that they create will enable them to access any of the programs that you subscribe to.

Yes, as long as they are students/clients of your registered site. You can promote access to the programs internally and, for example, on letters home to parents, etc. Under the terms of the licence you cannot make your access details visible to the general public, for example, on a website (unless access to the page that it appears on is restricted by a secure login).
CASCAiD Manager is an administrative tool that enables you to create multiple user logins, track users’ activity and customise some elements of the programs.
You will need your Licence Code and Manager Password. These are printed on your licence certificate. If you need a reminder, please contact us.
Please do not give your Manager Password to students/clients.
To log in to CASCAiD Manager, go to the homepage of any product, eg, www.cascaid.co.uk/kudos and click on the ‘Use….’ button. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see the CASCAiD Manager button.
To access the Manager for the CD version of Adult Directions or Kudos, you will need the password printed within the Advisers’ Guide. Alternatively, please contact us.
If you are using the CD/DVD version of Kudos, Adult Directions or Careerscape, or the program is installed on your network, you need to ensure that you have the correct version installed. The current versions are Kudos v11, Careerscape v10 and Adult Directions v10.
Update disks for Kudos and Careerscape were dispatched in September and for Adult Directions in February. If you are unable to locate the update disk, please contact us.
We offer a number of flexible licence options.
If you are an individual who would like to buy access to our programs, you can buy a single user licence. Access to the program that you choose is provided for a set period, eg, 28 days. Access is provided for one user. However, you can return to the program throughout the duration of the licence to change your answers or review your results.
If you are from an organisation that would like to make our programs available to its customers/students, there are different licence options, depending on your needs and your organisation type.
Site licence – This is our standard licence. It covers unlimited use of the licensed program at the registered site address. It also enables clients/students of that site to use the program at home or from another location with internet access.
If your organisation operates across multiple sites, you will need a site licence for each site. Discounts are available for multiple sites.
Laptop licence – This is an ‘add-on’ to our site licence. Advisers who work on outreach projects and wish to use the programs with clients/students at multiple locations need a separate laptop licence. Laptop licences are only available to organisations with a site licence. Please contact us for more information on laptop licences.
Commercial licence – Our standard prices apply to non-profit making organisations. Organisations that charge clients or other organisations for using their service (which the use of our products will be part of) will be charged for a commercial licence on a per site basis.
All our organisation licences are annually renewable.
If you buy your licence directly from CASCAiD, we will contact you at least four weeks before your licence is due to expire. If you would like to check your licence renewal details, please contact us.
If you buy your licence via an Agent, they should contact you in advance of the licence expiry date to confirm renewal details. If you have any queries about your licence renewal, we would encourage you to contact your Agent first. However, please feel free to contact us directly should you need more help.
You need a current licence to use the programs. Please contact us to arrange the renewal of your licence.
You can put access to CASCAiD programs on your intranet or VLE as long as only clients/customers of your licensed site can access it. You can create a program access button via CASCAiD Manager. Once a student/client launches your intranet or VLE, they will be able to access the programs by clicking a button rather than having to launch an internet browser and type in the web address.
Because the program recognises that the student/client is accessing the program via your intranet or VLE, they will not be required to enter your licence code to create a new user.
You can request an access button to place on your intranet or VLE by logging into CASCAiD Manager and entering your details on the ‘Admin’ tab.
