Careers South West

Careers South West had committed to buy Kudos and Launchpad for all schools in Cornwall and Devon. It wanted all young people aged 13-19 and their parents/carers to have easy access to both products from the Connexions Cornwall and Devon website.

CASCAiD provided postcode checking web links. These enable access to Kudos and Launchpad by checking that the postcode and first line of the address entered by the user match a pre-defined sub-set of postcodes set up for Cornwall and Devon.

We also developed bespoke versions of Kudos and Launchpad which incorporated Connexions Cornwall and Devon branding.

As a result, young people and their parents/carers have direct access to careers advice and information at anytime, from anywhere with internet access. Plus, all Connexions resources, including access to Kudos and Launchpad, are available from a single website.

The branded versions of Kudos and Launchpad fit seamlessly into the Connexions Cornwall and Devon website, reinforcing them as resources provided by Careers South West.
