Our redevelopment of Kudos is part of our continued commitment to helping schools and other organisations which are supporting young people.
Launching the new version, CASCAiD Chief Executive, Lynda Lacey said,
“At a time when youth unemployment is continuing to be stubbornly high, it is crucial that young people get access to the best possible support to help them plan their future. Engaging young people in planning their future as early as possible is vital.”
“By launching this new version of Kudos, we hope to help more young people and the teachers and advisers who are working with them.”
“Schools are facing growing challenges to deliver support for new policies, many of which link to careers guidance.”
“As well as the new statutory duty, the introduction of the Destination Measures, Raising the Participation Age, and the need to widen participation and increase social mobility, all mean that schools need to better prepare students to help them achieve long-term economic wellbeing.”
“However, with budgets and support from local authorities being cut, many are finding it difficult to deliver on these policies.”
“We believe that this new version of Kudos will help schools deliver with a high-quality, impartial, cost-effective resource.”
