TNG, part of Avanta Enterprise Ltd, is one of the UK’s largest training providers. TNG delivers, through its large number of government contracts, a tailored training and mentoring service linked to local labour market needs to support people from welfare into work.
TNG uses Adult Directions at its offices in Bedford with clients on employment programmes, including New Deal. Tom Humphries from TNG said,

We find that using Adult Directions gives customers a big confidence boost if they are unsure of what they are capable of doing. Seeing the list of possible career options which match their own skills and interests can really change their attitude towards looking for work.
