Introducing our new online login
In recent months, we have received feedback from teachers, advisers and users about their experiences of using our online programs.
While those who we have been in contact with say they much prefer our online programs, one issue has been causing some confusion - logging in.
Since we introduced our online programs, we have tried to offer a number of ways of logging in and creating users, to enable you to find the solution which best suits your needs. However, in order to make the online programs easier to use, we have redesigned the whole login system.
What's new?
We have streamlined the process so that you now only need one piece of information to create new users - your Licence Code.
We have also redesigned the login screen, removing the two sets of boxes which confuse students/clients.
Logging in/creating a new user
Go to the website of the program that you would like to use:
www.cascaid.co.uk/adultdirections
Click on the 'Use Adult Directions', 'Use Kudos', 'Use Careerscape' or 'Use Launchpad' button.
If the student/client already has a username and password, they can enter them and click 'Log in'.
If the student/client is new to the program and they need to create a new user, you can give them your Licence Code, which they enter and click 'Sign up'. They are then prompted to create their own login details.
Once they have created their own login details, they won't need to enter the Licence Code again.
Students/clients can use their own unique login details to access any CASCAiD program that you hold a current licence for.
